ABOUT

Helena de Bertodano is a British journalist who specialises in celebrity profiles, features and travel articles for publications including The Sunday Times, The Times, The Telegraph, The Observer, Harper’s Bazaar and Marie Claire. Over the last 25 years, she has interviewed over 1,000 authors, actors, musicians, sports personalities, politicians and world leaders. Her interviews include the Dalai Lama, Meryl Streep, George Soros, Ringo Starr, George Best, Yehudi Menuhin and Jacinda Ardern. She has a degree in English Literature from Oxford University and a postgraduate MA in Newspaper Journalism from City University, London. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she spent three years as a news journalist in Madrid, then returned to the UK to work for The Sunday Telegraph.
